UGCW's New Business Model

 UGCW Restructures, Weekly Show Discontinued

UGCW’s weekly show is no more as the company undergoes a major restructuring.

Under the previous model, NL Marketing and Media owned both UGCW and Titanium Wrestling. Titanium Wrestling, based in Newfoundland, operated as UGCW’s developmental territory.

Under the new structure, UGCW now owns both Titanium Wrestling and Maritime Wrestling League. While both promotions will operate independently, they will now exist under a unified UGCW umbrella.

Lead writer Michael Crane explained how the new model will function moving forward.

“Both wrestling companies will have their own autonomy,” Crane said. “However, we will hold interpromotional events under the UGCW banner. Each company will maintain its own championships, and UGCW titles will be defended across both promotions. We are also discussing potential changes to our titles to better reflect this new structure.”

The restructuring represents a significant shift in UGCW’s presentation, blending brand independence with shared championships and crossover events, while setting the stage for future interpromotional storytelling.

Why Titanium Wrestling Women's tag-team championships were not defended at Final Boss

**Final Boss** was a co-production of UGCW and Titanium Wrestling. However, fans noticed that the Titanium Wrestling Women's Tag-Team Championships were not on the line. Originally, Britney and Bethony Brigs were supposed to defend their Women's Tag-Team Championships against Allison Cameron and Shelly Moody. However, Bethony showed up at the stadium intoxicated. Titanium Wrestling General Manager, Patrick Doyle, confirmed that Bethony has been suspended. The fate of the Titanium Wrestling Women's Tag-Team Championship is yet to be determined.

Speaking of which, UGCW will begin broadcasting weekly episodes of Titanium Wrestling on their YouTube channel starting next week.

Final Boss Review

**Final Boss** is a cross-promotional event between UGCW and Titanium Wrestling.

1. **Tyreese Green vs Cannis Kahn (Titanium Wrestling Heavyweight Championship)**

*Cannis Kahn won the match by pinfall and became the new Titanium Wrestling Heavyweight Champion.*

A big victory for Cannis Kahn, as he takes the top spot in Titanium Wrestling with this win.

2. **Open Tag-Team Challenge**

*The Titanium Tag-Team Champions, the Knight Riders, challenged any tag teams for their titles. Justin Raguel and MPD answered the challenge. In a hard-fought battle, Raguel and MPD won the match and became the new Titanium Wrestling Tag-Team Champions.*

A major shake-up in the tag team division, with Justin Raguel and MPD taking the titles from the Knight Riders.

3. **Tyreese Green and Dreaded Dragon (c) vs Steve White and Love Moore (UGCW Mixed Tag-Team Championship)**

*Steve White and Love Moore won the match after White put Green in a Dragon Sleeper. Winners and new UGCW Mixed Tag-Team Champions: Steve White and Love Moore.*

A big win for Steve White and Love Moore, especially with that dramatic Dragon Sleeper finish to take the titles.

4. **Cathy King (c) vs Glacier (Titanium Wrestling Women’s Championship)**

*Glacier won the match with her finisher, the Ice Blocked (an axe handle to the head while running into her opponent), and became the new Titanium Wrestling Women's Champion.*

Glacier’s finisher sounds devastating, and she takes the title with authority in this hard-fought match.

5. **Dreaded Dragon (c) vs Lilith Morningstar (UGCW Women’s Championship)**

*Dreaded Dragon retained her title after sneaking in a roll-up victory.*

Dreaded Dragon pulls off a clever victory to retain the UGCW Women's Championship. A well-timed roll-up keeps the gold around her waist.

6. **Tyreese Green (c) vs Red Cavanugh (Ultimate Championship)**

*Red Cavanugh won the match and became the new Ultimate Champion.*

A great contest between two equals, but it was Red Cavanugh who came out on top to claim the Ultimate Championship. After the match, Red helped Tyreese up, and they shook hands in a show of respect.
